Workshop registration includes coffee and soda breaks, a lunch and a post-program reception.

Registration Cancellations:
Full refunds will be given to registrants canceling no later then two weeks before the program. Cancellations received after that time – up to three days before the workshop -- will receive refunds less a 50% service charge.  No refunds will be given for “no shows”.
